This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Taking charge of the vision and roadmap for your product(s) to ensure they align with Clara’s strategic goals.
• Leading exploratory initiatives to thoroughly comprehend user needs and identify significant product opportunities.
• Facilitating execution by partnering with Engineering, Design, Operations, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality features.
• Advocating for data-driven decision-making through metrics, experimentation, and user insights.
• Constructing compelling business cases and conveying insights to influence senior leadership.
• Setting high standards for product practices, quality, and collaboration within your team.
• Integrating AI tools and workflows to accelerate prototyping, draft PRDs, automate tasks, and enhance team productivity.
• Recognizing and delivering innovative AI and LLM use cases across Clara’s platform.
• Promoting your roadmap both internally and externally to ensure team alignment and build momentum.
• Over 5 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or spend management.
• Demonstrated capability to lead complex products from inception to maturity and scale them successfully.
• A strong sense of ownership, proactive attitude, and a propensity for action.
• Strategic thinker who links product efforts to broader business objectives and drives impact.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator, adept at managing stakeholders and influencing executives.
• Profound user empathy and robust product intuition, coupled with technical fluency.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt swiftly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset; experienced with A/B testing, metrics tracking, and iterative development.
• Passionate about leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and guide product direction.
• Experience in developing AI-driven products or integrating LLMs into user-facing features (preferred).
• Interest in or experience with automation, spend controls, or corporate payments (preferred).
• Basic proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese, or a willingness to learn (preferred).
