Senior Product Manager, IsoPSA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• In this role, the Senior Product Manager for IsoPSA will report to the Vice President of Marketing and will be responsible for driving the execution of commercial marketing initiatives and contributing to the overall commercial strategy for clinician-directed marketing programs that support IsoPSA®.

• Create tactical plans aimed at enhancing awareness, adoption, and utilization among urologists, primary care physicians, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare professionals involved in assessing prostate cancer risk.

• Assist in the implementation of clinician IsoPSA marketing efforts, which include segmentation, positioning, messaging, omnichannel campaigns, sales enablement, engagement with key opinion leaders (KOLs), speaker programs, and commercialization initiatives.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Access, Commercial Operations, and external partner laboratories to support the execution of clinician demand generation programs that foster growth across all testing channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field.

• 3-8 years of experience in clinician-facing product marketing or product management.

• Proven experience in marketing laboratory services, diagnostic products, medical devices, or healthcare services.

• A track record of success in developing and executing marketing programs for healthcare providers.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in regulated healthcare environments.

• Strong analytical, planning, and project leadership capabilities.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
