Senior Product Manager – Intelligent Workflows

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of delivering AI-driven workflow experiences for contractor onboarding, credentialing, and operator compliance.

• Convert the team’s AI product strategy into well-defined, sequenced workflow projects with specific milestones and results.

• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to launch production-quality experiences that are explainable, dependable, and significantly improved over existing processes.

• Establish and manage outcome metrics for each project, including cycle time, error reduction, automation rate, adoption, and safety impact.

• Oversee the implementation of intelligent onboarding experiences, incorporating smart document review, credential validation, qualification gap identification, and guided remediation.

• Streamline the time-to-qualify process so that safe contractors can enter the field more quickly while reducing manual review efforts for operators.

• Address global scale compliance needs across multiple regions and various contractor types.

• Manage workflow projects focused on operator-side risk visibility, contractor oversight, and audit preparedness.

• Integrate ML-based risk scoring, anomaly detection, and proactive alerts into operator workflows, transitioning users from reactive to proactive risk management.

• Transform compliance and credential data into transparent, reliable insights that enhance safety decision-making.

• Utilize AI product frameworks, best practices, and guidelines established by the Principal PM for AI Products.

• Highlight in-market signals, customer feedback, and project insights that enrich the AI product roadmap.

• Collaborate with the Platform Data PM to define data inputs and quality standards essential for enabling AI-driven experiences.

• Drive change management and adoption efforts by engaging directly with customers and coordinating with internal cross-functional teams.

• Achieved delivery of 2 to 3 AI-driven workflow enhancements in contractor onboarding or operator compliance, resulting in measurable reductions in cycle time, manual effort, or risk exposure.

• Showcased customer outcome improvements: accelerated contractor qualification, enhanced credential accuracy, and increased efficiency for compliance administrators.

• Developed a coherent project roadmap that translates the AI product strategy into tangible workflow value.

• Fostered effective collaboration with the Principal PM for AI Products to ensure in-market signals inform the AI roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7 to 9 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of delivering complex customer-facing experiences that leverage AI, ML, or automation functionalities.

• Strong leadership and project delivery capabilities, with a knack for converting strategy into executed outcomes.

• Excellent systems thinking skills, with the ability to map intricate multi-party processes and pinpoint where intelligence can provide the most benefit.

• Preferred experience in areas such as regulated industries, compliance, credentialing, or supply chain management.

• Comfortable working in a matrixed product environment, aligning with team strategy while adhering to the operational guidance of a principal-level AI expert.

• Deep customer empathy and discovery abilities, with a solid understanding of the needs of contractors, operators, and compliance administrators.

• Experience in private equity-backed or growth-stage SaaS settings is preferred.
