
Senior Product Manager, Integrations Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the roadmap for integration development and prioritize new integrations and features based on input from product teams, customer requirements, business objectives, and prioritization frameworks.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritize the backlog, plan the roadmap, and determine the depth, capabilities, and sequencing of integrations.
• Work alongside the integration partnership lead to engage partners prior to development and manage ongoing enhancements.
• Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of existing integrations.
• Engage directly with customers to grasp their integration needs, documenting and prioritizing their feedback.
• Collaborate on marketing initiatives, field activities, training, and enablement to effectively communicate and promote integrations.
• Simplify the discovery and configuration of integrations.
• Measure and report on metrics related to integration breadth and depth, data availability, and customer compliance requirements.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in supporting integration delivery.
• Proven history of prioritizing and developing impactful integrations.
• Ideally, experience in managing an integration catalog or category.
• Familiarity with prioritization frameworks to focus and sequence integration work across teams.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
• Technical proficiency with APIs, authentication, and permissions.
• Experience in coordinating multiple workstreams and keeping stakeholders updated.
• A curious mindset, a willingness to learn, sound judgment, and a commitment to using AI responsibly.
