Senior Product Manager – Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the integrations roadmap and prioritize the connection of enterprise systems.

• Determine whether to build, partner, or utilize a platform for each integration.

• Manage the public API and developer experience, which includes resource design, versioning, pagination, error semantics, rate limiting, webhooks, documentation, and sandboxing.

• Define data contracts and canonical models for employee, schedule, time, demand, and payroll data.

• Transform repetitive custom integration tasks into reusable platform functionalities, including connectors, mapping and transformation tools, sync monitoring, and self-service configuration.

• Oversee authentication, authorization, tenancy, PII management, and compliance posture.

• Decrease deployment time-to-first-value and incorporate deployment friction into the roadmap.

• Enhance integration health as a product feature through observability, reconciliation, data quality signals, and clear failure states.

• Create specifications, conduct API reviews, test in staging, troubleshoot production sync issues, and collaborate directly with customer IT teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–9+ years of experience in Product Management.

• Significant experience with technical or platform products, including APIs, data pipelines, or integrations.

• Proven ownership of a public or partner-facing API.

• Proficiency in REST, event-driven integrations, webhooks, polling, batch processing, streaming, ETL/ELT, idempotency, retries, backfills, and reconciliation.

• Capability to read schemas, write queries, inspect payloads, and assess data quality.

• Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, SAML/SSO, SCIM, encryption, role-based access control, and audit logging.

• Experience in integrating enterprise systems of record, such as HCM, payroll, WFM, or ERP; familiarity with Workday, UKG, ADP, SAP, Oracle, Ceridian, Kronos, or similar systems is a strong advantage.

• Proven track record of delivering products to enterprise clients with extended deployment cycles, IT stakeholders, and security evaluations.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to comprehend complex business processes and industry context.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, including customer engineering and IT teams.

• Availability to work full-time on a schedule aligned with EST or PST hours.

• A BA/BS or MA/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience is mentioned in the application but is not a formal job requirement.
