Senior Product Manager, Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and prioritize the product roadmap for integrations, focusing on customer value, ARR impact, and scalability.

• Establish and uphold API contracts, canonical data models, and integration standards.

• Collaborate with the Integrations Architect to enhance integration frameworks and marketplace experiences.

• Conduct competitive and technology benchmarking to evaluate developer experience, speed, and reliability.

• Work together with Engineering, Field, GTM, and Customer Success teams to translate market and customer needs into product specifications.

• Ensure that integrations are packaged, priced, and positioned as features that drive value.

• Enhance the developer experience through simplified configuration, comprehensive documentation, and self-service capabilities.

• Identify possibilities utilizing AI-enabled workflows, agentic experiences, and conversational AI frameworks.

• Define and monitor integration success metrics to inform roadmap and investment strategies.

• Advocate for the customer perspective and ensure the roadmap reflects customer ecosystems and technological trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience; an MBA or related advanced degree is an advantage.

• Over 8 years of experience in Product Management for SaaS or cloud platforms.

• At least 4 years of experience focused specifically on integrations, APIs, or data platforms.

• Demonstrated success in defining and launching API-first products, integration frameworks, or marketplaces.

• Solid understanding of API and data model design, including REST, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.

• Experience with iPaaS tools is essential; hands-on experience with Workato is highly preferred.

• Background in collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, GTM, and customer teams to launch complex integration products.

• Familiarity with LLM-enabled tools, agentic workflows, and automation driven by integration.

• Strong appreciation for developer experience, documentation, and the tools that support self-service and adoption.

• Exceptional analytical and prioritization skills linked to business outcomes.

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

• Experience with integration packaging and monetization or embedded iPaaS products is a plus.

• Must have authorization to work lawfully in the United States.
