Senior Product Manager, Insights

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee a team of product managers and associated staff, fostering development, mentoring, and coaching for team members.

• Promote a culture centered on customer-focused collaboration and innovation.

• Create and convey a clear vision and strategic plan for the Insights products.

• Establish measurable goals for the products and evaluate performance against those objectives.

• Manage the Development Backlog effectively.

• Construct and uphold a detailed product roadmap shaped by market demands, company strategy, and competitive analysis.

• Communicate that roadmap both internally and externally.

• Observe and evaluate customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.

• Utilize industry trends and customer feedback to guide product strategy.

• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to define the go-to-market strategy.

• Partner with customer success to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Track and assess product and feature adoption, including onboarding, time to value, and NPS.

• Propel growth and revenue generation strategies while collaborating with sales for execution.

• Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback to pinpoint areas for enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10 years of experience in the energy sector.

• 5 years in a leadership position.

• 5 years of product management experience.

• High proficiency in numeracy, computer, and web literacy.

• Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

• Familiarity with power systems software or software as a service/solution.

• Knowledge of technical software for data analysis, consulting, and project experience.

• Experience in energy industry product management.

• Extensive background in power and natural gas markets across North America, Europe, and Asia.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish rapport.

• Proficient in corporate productivity and presentation tools, including MS Office.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong listening and presentation capabilities.

• Capacity to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented with a positive mindset and focus on quality.

• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities effectively.

• A sense of urgency towards achieving goals.

• Robust product management skills, including discovery/research and adoption analysis.
