This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete AI platform portfolio across three categories: AI-enabled UX, AI agents (MCP/agentic automation), and AI in data processing.
• Propel embedded AI features from internal alpha to production — overseeing rollout criteria, prompt iteration, success rate thresholds, and the decision-making framework for determining when each feature is ready for customer access.
• Establish and uphold Redox's AI investment framework: KPIs, rollout criteria, cost parameters, and the research agenda for areas needing further exploration (monitoring, agentic loops, RAG, re-prompting).
• Manage beta partnerships for agentic use cases across various customer segments.
• Spearhead Redox's agentic product strategy — beginning with the MCP Server as the existing foundation, progressing into native agent support for high-value customer workflows throughout 2026, with a clear vision and roadmap for 2027.
• Equip sales and customer success teams to accurately convey Redox's AI platform narrative.
• Define and drive the essential platform features needed to unlock new use cases, channel partnerships, and commercial success within the Enterprise customer sector.
• Ensure that intricate infrastructure tasks (VPN configurations, multi-tenant patterns, integration partner requirements) are well-defined and that investments align with commercial needs.
• Collaborate with GTM & Customer Success to foster vendor customer growth (both in acquiring new business and expanding existing relationships).
• Contribute to use case development, customer segmentation, and field enablement to secure high-value Enterprise vendor agreements.
• A minimum of 8+ years of Product Management experience within a B2B SaaS software organization, preferably in the Healthcare technology sector.
• Proven history of delivering AI or ML-powered features from internal alpha to production — including defining rollout criteria, measuring success, and iterating effectively.
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and agentic architectures.
• Sufficient technical depth to engage with engineering on API design, architectural decisions, and infrastructure limitations without requiring extensive translations.
• Demonstrated ability to significantly enhance the performance of a product and the value it delivers to customers.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills to clearly articulate complex issues and drive progress in uncertain or ambiguous situations.
• Ability to balance day-to-day execution with strategic, long-term thinking, anticipating future possibilities and their impact on the business.
• Builds consensus and secures commitment by providing sound reasoning for recommendations that effectively address stakeholder needs and concerns, including those of C-Suite executives.
• Enhances how we operate with a focus on contributing to a robust product management culture.
• Comprehensive health insurance plans.
• Generous paid time off and flexible working arrangements.
• Opportunities for professional development and growth.
• Collaborative and innovative work environment.
