Senior Product Manager, iGaming

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the end-to-end journeys of capitalization products, encompassing product discovery and positioning, purchasing experience, gamification, and post-sales;

• Lead ongoing discovery processes alongside the squad, balancing business objectives, user experience, technical constraints, and regulatory requirements;

• Manage the end-to-end delivery pipeline, ensuring predictability, quality, and impact of the deliveries;

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, managing technical dependencies and negotiating deadlines, scope, and priorities;

• Negotiate priorities and trade-offs with various stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment and a focus on results;

• Monitor funnel metrics, conversion, retention, and recurrence, using data to guide decisions and product evolution;

• Ensure adherence to Design System guidelines, promoting consistency and quality of experience;

• Serve as the focal point for the journeys under your responsibility, maintaining clear and structured communication with all involved areas;

• Continuously evolve the product based on data, user feedback, learnings, and regulatory changes;

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager for digital products of medium to high complexity;

• Experience with regulated products, large-scale initiatives, and those with multiple integrations and technical dependencies;

• Experience in conducting structured discoveries and transforming insights into practical solutions;

• Strategic product vision and mastery of the digital product lifecycle;

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making;

• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar);

• Ability to manage dependencies, negotiate priorities, scope, and deadlines between technical and business areas;

• Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills;

• Experience in the iGaming industry;

• Familiarity with capitalization products;

• Advanced English for written and verbal communication;
