This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Articulate and convey the vision and strategy for your product, in alignment with the overarching goals of the company and product domain.
• Guide ongoing discovery efforts alongside Product Design and Engineering, verifying both challenges and solutions prior to the development phase.
• Take responsibility for the product outcomes, ensuring that both business and user metrics are consistently monitored, enhanced, and agreed upon in collaboration with the Product Director.
• Maintain complete ownership of the product backlog, which reflects the product decisions made during the discovery phase, ensuring that priorities are in line with business value and strategic objectives.
• Develop and refine the product strategy and roadmap, providing clarity on what is being developed and the rationale, including opportunities for expansion across various countries and platforms.
• Oversee live operations and address critical incidents as needed, ensuring service continuity and prompt decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, Product Design, and Business stakeholders to facilitate smooth execution and alignment.
• Ensure the business possesses adequate product knowledge and context to function independently without relying on the Product team for every decision.
• Mentor and support Product Managers and Product Analysts when appropriate, serving as a reference for product leadership within the organization.
• Prioritize initiatives based on their impact, balancing immediate operational needs with long-term product strategy.
• Consistently seek out opportunities to enhance product processes, operational efficiency, and delivery effectiveness.
• C1 native level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager or in similar product roles, preferably within B2B or SaaS environments.
• Proven capability to juggle simultaneous delivery and strategic duties while maintaining clarity on priorities.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and frameworks for product delivery.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to the UK to engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the healthcare sector is advantageous, particularly regarding patient experience, clinical outcomes, or health technology platforms.
