This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• You will take charge of product execution throughout the patient journey: how patients discover, enroll, convert, and remain in care.
• The CTO maintains ownership of the product vision and platform strategy; your role is to interpret that vision into a prioritized roadmap, collaborate with our engineering team to implement it, and leverage data to inform our next steps.
• From the outset of live traffic, you will be responsible for the instrumentation, analysis, and iterative process that transforms our initial patient cohorts into sustainable, compounding growth.
• You will oversee patient funnel instrumentation and analytics, tracking metrics from visit to intake, conversion, first fill, and refill.
• You will manage the retention and lifecycle roadmap, focusing on activation, adherence, refill continuity, payment recovery, and win-back strategies.
• You will own the backlog and prioritize tasks at the sprint level alongside the engineering team.
• You will create product requirements and specifications that engineers can work from without needing further meetings.
• You will make decisions regarding pricing, bundling, and packaging.
• You will ensure launch readiness across the patient-facing experience, including intake, identity verification, checkout, onboarding, and the first-fill journey.
• You will develop comprehensive funnel instrumentation and analytics, defining the metrics tree (visit to intake to conversion to first fill to refill), ensuring each step is measurable before launch day.
• You will handle launch triage, prioritizing the expected post-launch fix list against the upcoming release roadmap while clearly communicating trade-offs.
• You will conduct cohort and funnel analysis that informs weekly prioritization, presenting trade-offs, proposing decisions, and facilitating discussions with the CTO.
• You will gather the voice of the patient by synthesizing support tickets, session data, and patient feedback into valuable inputs for the roadmap.
• A minimum of 6 years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead PM role on a consumer-facing product.
• Proven personal responsibility for the retention metrics of a DTC subscription product: you can articulate your LTV/CAC ratio, monthly churn rate, and the interventions implemented to improve these metrics.
• Experience in healthcare, telehealth, finance, or another regulated consumer sector.
• Hands-on execution capabilities: you write your own specifications, conduct standups, and run your own analytics queries.
• Experience collaborating with distributed or offshore engineering teams.
• Comfort in operating as the first product hire, without a product operations or design team to delegate tasks to.
• Health care insurance (medical, dental, vision)
• Life Insurance
• Supplemental Insurance
• PTO
• 401K matching
• Sick leave
