Senior Product Manager – Growth, Retention

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for overseeing product execution related to the patient experience: how patients discover, enroll, convert, and maintain their care.

• Manage the instrumentation, analysis, and iterative process that transforms our initial patient cohorts into sustainable, compounding growth.

• Define the metrics tree (from visit to intake, to conversion, to first fill, to refill) and ensure that each step is measurable from day one.

• Prepare for launch across the patient-facing experience, including intake, identity verification, checkout, onboarding, and the first-fill journey.

• Prioritize the necessary post-launch fix list alongside the upcoming release roadmap, clearly communicating tradeoffs.

• Conduct cohort and funnel analysis that informs weekly prioritization; clarify the tradeoffs, propose decisions, and collaborate with the CTO to drive outcomes.

• Represent the voice of the patient by synthesizing support tickets, session data, and patient feedback into actionable roadmap inputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead PM role on a consumer-facing product.

• Personal accountability for retention metrics of a DTC subscription product: able to articulate your LTV/CAC ratio, monthly churn rate, and the interventions implemented to improve them.

• Background in healthcare, telehealth, finance, or another regulated consumer sector.

• Hands-on execution capabilities: you write your own specifications, conduct standups, and execute your own analytics queries.

• Experience collaborating with distributed or offshore engineering teams.

• Ability to function as the first product hire, without a product operations or design team to delegate tasks to.
