πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Take ownership of the growth product domain and establish its strategy, objectives, multi-quarter roadmap, and prioritization of tasks.

β€’ Address uncertainties utilizing evidence and sound judgment.

β€’ Conduct discovery sessions, gather merchant and go-to-market feedback, perform research, and monitor competitors.

β€’ Collaborate closely with engineering on implementation, system architecture, and long-term technical direction.

β€’ Define go-to-market strategies, including positioning and pricing insights, in partnership with RevOps and Product Marketing.

β€’ Make informed trade-offs regarding scope, quality, and timelines while safeguarding long-term technical integrity.

β€’ Enhance product decision-making through comprehensive documentation and reusable playbooks.

β€’ Serve as the product representative among senior internal stakeholders and key merchants.

β€’ Report directly to the VP of Product and work in tandem with engineering, design, go-to-market teams, RevOps, and Product Marketing.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in managing a product area or a significant problem space from beginning to end.

β€’ Strong product judgment in ambiguous and high-pressure situations.

β€’ Ability to articulate reasoning clearly and effectively.

β€’ Comfort in engaging deeply with engineers on technical and architectural decisions.

β€’ Sufficient technical fluency to collaborate with engineers rather than just translate requirements.

β€’ Data-driven decision-making supported by research and merchant feedback.

β€’ Capacity to influence senior stakeholders and harmonize conflicting interests without relying on authority.

β€’ Experience in payments, fintech, complex, regulated, or infrastructure sectors (preferred).

β€’ Background in building or enhancing product team systems and processes (preferred).

β€’ Ability to thrive in a remote-first, asynchronous work environment.

β€’ Flexibility to adapt when contexts and priorities evolve.

β€’ Proficiency in providing and receiving direct, frequent feedback.
