This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
β’ Establish and oversee the growth strategy encompassing acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization (AARRM) in alignment with organizational objectives.
β’ Discover growth prospects by examining the entire user funnel and identifying bottlenecks, drop-offs, and high-impact levers.
β’ Develop and sustain a prioritized list of growth experiments, ensuring methodical testing and iteration.
β’ Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests and multivariate experiments to confirm growth hypotheses.
β’ Convert quantitative data and qualitative user feedback into actionable product strategies.
β’ Define, monitor, and report on critical growth KPIs (e.g., activation rate, DAU/MAU, retention curves, conversion rates, LTV/CAC).
β’ Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to define, develop, and deploy growth-oriented features (e.g., onboarding processes, referral initiatives, upsell prompts, lifecycle nudges).
β’ Enhance in-product experiences that promote user activation and minimize time-to-value.
β’ Work alongside marketing to synchronize product interactions with go-to-market initiatives and lifecycle communications.
β’ Act as a bridge between the Growth team and core product, marketing, sales, and data departments.
β’ Present growth strategies, experimental findings, and roadmap priorities to senior stakeholders.
β’ Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous learning throughout the organization.
β’ 3β6 years of experience in product management, growth marketing, or a related area, demonstrating a proven ability to drive measurable growth results.
β’ Strong analytical capabilities β proficient in SQL, product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel), and experimentation platforms (e.g., Optimizely, LaunchDarkly).
β’ In-depth knowledge of the growth funnel and experience optimizing at least two stages (e.g., acquisition + activation, or activation + retention).
β’ Experience in designing and conducting A/B tests with statistical precision.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex data into clear narratives for various audiences.
