This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Formulate and implement strategies aimed at enhancing seller growth and monetization by developing a comprehensive understanding of user workflows, challenges, and motivations through qualitative research, analytics, competitor evaluation, and user interviews.
• Utilize data to confirm hypotheses and make well-informed product decisions by conducting thorough experimentation, data analysis, funnel diagnostics, customer interviews, and rapid iterations.
• Lead and contribute to essential metrics such as supply top funnel growth, posting conversion rates, renewals, seller satisfaction, and average revenue per user.
• Establish robust discovery and delivery processes by collaborating closely with engineering, design, pricing, and analytics to deliver high-quality products swiftly. This involves working in a truly multifunctional environment by partnering closely with commercial teams (including leadership), central pricing teams, professional monetization teams, and marketing to implement impactful features.
• Employ AI prototyping tools to evaluate initial ideas, refine workflows, and expedite learning.
• Balance immediate wins with long-term strategies, consistently enhancing both the consumer selling experience and monetization opportunities.
• You possess over 7 years of experience in product management, successfully creating exceptional consumer product experiences as a senior or lead product manager within a high-traffic Internet or e-commerce organization.
• You demonstrate strong product judgment and strategic thinking, adept at identifying opportunities, shaping roadmaps, and reconciling short-term impacts with long-term visions.
• You operate with a significant degree of autonomy, guiding the direction of your product area while closely collaborating with the Head of Product or Segment lead on overarching strategy.
• You are dedicated to understanding and delighting your users. You have experience in data-driven product development and use A/B testing, user research, conversion optimization, user testing, data analysis, as well as competitor and market analysis to inform your decisions.
• You highly value collaboration, foster diverse and inclusive teams, and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in English is required.
