Senior Product Manager, Gift Cart

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Develop the strategy for the Gift Cart and convert it into a roadmap, establishing clear priorities and the rationale behind each decision.

• Engage regularly with customers and Customer Success Managers (CSMs), collaborating with the analytics team to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven decisions.

• Create specifications that engineers can utilize, ensuring detailed requirements and edge cases are addressed.

• Oversee the entire process from concept to launch, collaborating closely with design and engineering throughout.

• Monitor product performance and growth metrics, such as conversion rates, average gift sizes, and error rates, while understanding the factors influencing them.

• Equip CSMs and Sales teams with the necessary context ahead of every launch for better preparedness.

• Ensure all stakeholders remain aligned with respect to priorities, timelines, and any changes in plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience managing a product area from start to finish, taking accountability for results rather than just tasks.

• Capability to formulate a strategy and roadmap for 12–24 months, clearly articulating the rationale behind your decisions.

• Data-driven mindset: adept at analyzing funnels, interpreting numbers, and identifying potential growth areas.

• Ability to draft specifications that engineers can work from—clear documentation that addresses edge cases and eliminates uncertainties.

• Systems thinker: possess a comprehensive view of the product, recognizing dependencies and predicting the impact of decisions.

• Strong understanding of user experience: knowledgeable about what contributes to a positive experience and able to advocate for it within your team.

• Comfortable collaborating across various functions, including design, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders.
