Senior Product Manager, Gift Cart

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Develop the strategy for the Gift Cart and convert it into a detailed roadmap, establishing clear priorities and justifications for each decision made.

• Engage regularly with customers and Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and collaborate with the analytics team to analyze data — identifying growth opportunities and making data-driven decisions.

• Create specifications that enable engineers to effectively build features — ensuring thorough requirements and edge cases are addressed.

• Oversee the journey of features from concept to launch, collaborating closely with design and engineering throughout the process.

• Monitor product health and growth metrics: conversion rates, average gift size, and error rates — and comprehend the factors influencing them.

• Equip CSMs and Sales teams for each launch, ensuring they are well-prepared in advance.

• Maintain alignment among stakeholders regarding priorities, timelines, and any changes to plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing a product area from beginning to end — taking ownership of outcomes rather than merely completing tasks.

• Capability to devise a strategy and roadmap spanning 12 to 24 months — with a clear rationale for your decisions.

• Data-oriented: proficient in analyzing funnels, interpreting numbers, and identifying potential growth opportunities.

• Ability to write specifications that engineers can utilize — clear, comprehensive, and leaving no questions unanswered regarding edge cases.

• Systems thinker: perceiving the product holistically, recognizing dependencies, and anticipating the repercussions of decisions.

• Strong understanding of UX: recognizing what constitutes a positive experience and advocating for it within the team.

• Comfortable collaborating across various functions — including design, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders.
