This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Develop the strategy for the Gift Cart and convert it into a comprehensive roadmap, ensuring clear priorities and justifications for each decision made.
• Regularly engage with customers and Customer Success Managers (CSMs), while collaborating with the analytics team to analyze data and uncover growth opportunities for informed decision-making.
• Create detailed specifications for engineers, ensuring that all requirements and edge cases are thoroughly addressed.
• Oversee the lifecycle of features from conception to launch, collaborating closely with design and engineering teams throughout the entire process.
• Monitor product health and growth metrics such as conversion rates, average gift sizes, and error rates, while gaining insights into the factors influencing these metrics.
• Prepare CSMs and Sales teams for each launch, ensuring they are well-informed and contextually aware ahead of time.
• Maintain alignment among stakeholders regarding priorities, timelines, and any changes in plans.
• Proven experience managing a product area from start to finish, taking ownership of outcomes beyond just completing tasks.
• Capability to devise a strategy and roadmap for a 12 to 24-month period, with the ability to articulate the reasoning behind your choices.
• Data-driven approach: adept at analyzing funnels, interpreting numbers, and identifying potential growth opportunities.
• Ability to draft specifications that engineers can effectively work from—clear, thorough, and devoid of unanswered questions.
• Systems-oriented mindset: perceive the product holistically, recognize dependencies, and foresee the implications of decisions.
• Strong understanding of user experience: knowledgeable about what constitutes a positive experience and able to advocate for it within your team.
• Comfortable collaborating across various functions, including design, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders.
