Senior Product Manager, Gift Cart

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Establish the strategy for the Gift Cart and convert it into a roadmap, ensuring clear priorities and justifications for each decision made.

• Engage regularly with customers and Customer Success Managers (CSMs), while collaborating with the analytics team to analyze data — identifying growth opportunities and making informed decisions.

• Draft specifications that engineers can utilize, including comprehensive requirements and consideration of edge cases.

• Guide features from conception to launch, collaborating closely with design and engineering throughout the process.

• Monitor product performance and growth metrics: conversion rates, average gift size, error rates — and comprehend the factors influencing these metrics.

• Equip CSMs and Sales teams with the necessary information prior to each launch to ensure they are well-prepared.

• Maintain alignment among stakeholders regarding priorities, timelines, and any changes to plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience managing a product area from start to finish — taking ownership of outcomes rather than merely completing tasks.

• Capability to devise a strategy and roadmap for 12–24 months, articulating the rationale behind your decisions effectively.

• Data-oriented: proficient in analyzing funnels, interpreting metrics, and identifying potential growth areas.

• Ability to write clear specifications for engineers — ensuring all edge cases are addressed and no questions remain unanswered.

• Systems thinker: capable of viewing the product holistically, recognizing dependencies, and predicting the consequences of decisions.

• Strong sense of user experience: knowledgeable about what constitutes a quality experience and able to advocate for it within your team.

• Comfortable collaborating across various functions — including design, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders.
