Senior Product Manager, Gift Cart

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Establish the Gift Cart strategy and convert it into a roadmap — ensuring clear priorities and rationale for each decision made.

• Engage with customers and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) consistently, while collaborating with the analytics team to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven decisions.

• Create detailed specifications for engineers — covering comprehensive requirements and potential edge cases.

• Guide features from concept to launch, working collaboratively with design and engineering throughout the entire process.

• Monitor product performance and growth metrics: conversion rates, average gift sizes, error rates — and comprehend the factors driving these metrics.

• Equip CSMs and Sales with the necessary context prior to each launch, ensuring they are well-prepared.

• Maintain alignment among stakeholders regarding priorities, timelines, and any changes to plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in owning a product area from start to finish — taking accountability for results, not merely tasks.

• Capability to devise a strategy and roadmap for 12–24 months — articulating the rationale behind your choices effectively.

• Data-driven mindset: adept at analyzing funnels, grasping numerical insights, and identifying areas for growth.

• Proficient in writing specifications that engineers can utilize — ensuring clarity, addressing edge cases, and leaving no questions unanswered.

• Systematic thinker: able to view the product as an integrated whole, recognizing dependencies, and predicting the effects of decisions.

• Strong understanding of user experience: knowledgeable about what constitutes a positive experience and able to advocate for it within your team.

• Comfortable collaborating across various functions — including design, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders.
