This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.
• Establish the strategy for the Gift Cart and convert it into a detailed roadmap, highlighting key priorities and the rationale for each decision.
• Engage with customers and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) on a regular basis, collaborating with the analytics team to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
• Create specifications that can be utilized by engineers, encompassing comprehensive requirements and addressing all edge cases.
• Guide features from conception to launch, collaborating closely with design and engineering throughout the entire process.
• Monitor the health and growth of the product by tracking metrics such as conversion rates, average gift size, and error rates, while understanding the factors influencing them.
• Equip CSMs and Sales teams with the necessary context for each launch in advance.
• Ensure stakeholders remain aligned regarding priorities, timelines, and any modifications to plans.
• Proven experience managing a product area from start to finish, taking accountability for results rather than merely completing tasks.
• Capability to develop a strategy and roadmap for a duration of 12–24 months, with the ability to clearly communicate the reasoning for your decisions.
• Strong data-driven mindset: you analyze funnels, comprehend metrics, and identify areas for growth opportunities.
• Ability to craft specifications that engineers can effectively work from, ensuring clarity and covering edge cases without leaving any questions unanswered.
• Systems thinker: you view the product holistically, recognize dependencies, and foresee the consequences of decisions.
• Strong understanding of user experience: you know what constitutes a positive experience and can advocate for it within your team.
• Comfortable collaborating across various functions, including design, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders.
