Senior Product Manager – Germany

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with customers to build, design, and optimize enterprise-level AI agents by understanding their workflows, challenges, and objectives.

• Integrate closely with key customers to grasp their business hurdles and act as a strategic advisor for their AI development roadmap.

• Establish efficient feedback loops with Engineering to influence feature development based on genuine customer requirements.

• Serve as a representative of Decagon by engaging with customers and prospects and participating in significant deployments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess over 6 years of relevant experience (e.g., product manager, engagement manager, consultant, founder, etc.).

• Proficient in German with professional experience in German-speaking environments.

• Strong technical knowledge — capable of understanding and shaping AI agent designs.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Comfortable working in dynamic and ambiguous settings where you can create solutions as well as implement them.

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics — or equivalent technical experience.
