This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the comprehensive integration of external flight supply partners (airlines, aggregators, and GDS) through high-performance connectivity APIs.
• Convert intricate business and technical requirements into straightforward product specifications for automating search, booking, and post-booking services.
• Manage and prioritize a high-volume roadmap aimed at enhancing integration quality, reducing time-to-market, and minimizing system defects.
• Track and improve key supply metrics (price competitiveness, booking success rates, and API latency) to guarantee a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop scalable, stable backend solutions that adhere to internal platform standards.
• Execute AI-driven solutions for price anomaly detection, automated issue resolution, and partner data mapping.
• Partner closely with commercial and partner success teams to onboard new supply sources and address performance gaps regarding availability or feature support.
• Standardize integration processes to enhance partner onboarding scalability and operational efficiency.
• Update cross-functional company stakeholders on progress, technical challenges, and performance outcomes.
• At least 6 years of product management experience, especially in high-growth, execution-focused settings.
• Strong technical knowledge with APIs, backend systems, and third-party integrations to effectively collaborate with engineering on complex connectivity issues.
• A data-driven mindset with the capability to define and influence crucial metrics such as conversion, resolvability, and latency.
• An AI-oriented perspective and a keen interest in utilizing machine learning to automate repetitive tasks and enhance data quality.
• Excellent teamwork skills to function at the intersection of engineering, commercial operations, and external partner needs.
• Professional experience in travel, airline, GDS, or high-volume supply, offering a deep understanding of airline distribution and pricing strategies.
• Familiarity with inventory or reservation management systems to facilitate post-booking automation and the coverage of ancillary services.
• Exposure to AI-powered products or data enrichment pipelines.
• Proficiency in both French and English.
