Senior Product Manager, Financial Reporting – Equity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product strategy and develop a multi-quarter roadmap for CEM's financial reporting functionalities.

• Establish feature priorities based on the evolution of accounting standards.

• Act as the internal authority on how ASC 718 and IFRS 2 requirements are integrated into the CEM platform's functionality.

• Draft detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that include comprehensive functional specifications.

• Assess financial reporting outputs to ensure they align with expected results.

• Guide and mentor Product Owners on concepts related to financial reporting.

• Work collaboratively with Customer Success to communicate readiness for period-end processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of progressive experience in product management, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to financial reporting, accounting, or regulatory compliance features within a SaaS environment.

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with financial reporting for equity compensation.

• Extensive knowledge of ASC 718 expense recognition and fair value measurement.

• Demonstrated success in delivering intricate financial reporting features from requirements through to launch in an Agile setting.

• Profound understanding of equity compensation accounting across various award types.

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is required.

• Certification as a CPA, CEP (Certified Equity Professional), or CFA is highly advantageous.
