This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the Director of Field Systems to establish, maintain, and communicate a prioritized product roadmap that aligns with the company's go-to-market strategies.
• Regularly evaluate the value, urgency, and feasibility of roadmap initiatives to ensure the team consistently focuses on the most impactful challenges.
• Convert strategic priorities into quarterly Program Increment (PI) objectives within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Work directly with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Technical Support to gain a deep understanding of their pain points, workflows, and business objectives.
• Clearly define epics, features, and user stories, ensuring they have well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Spearhead discovery activities, including stakeholder interviews, process walkthroughs, and data analysis to guide solution design.
• Utilize AI tools like Claude and Gemini to expedite requirements documentation, synthesize stakeholder feedback, draft communications, and extract insights from data, thereby modernizing everyday project management practices.
• Act as the Product Owner for the agile team, managing and refining the team backlog to maintain a healthy queue of well-prepared work.
• Actively engage in SAFe ceremonies such as PI Planning, Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospectives, and System Demos.
• Make real-time prioritization and trade-off decisions to keep the team progressing without obstacles.
• Maintain open and proactive communication with stakeholders regarding roadmap status, delivery timelines, and the impacts of changes.
• Foster trust with business partners by consistently meeting commitments and identifying risks early.
• Collaborate with change management and enablement teams to ensure the successful implementation of new capabilities.
• Establish success metrics for features and initiatives; monitor outcomes after deployment and use data to guide future prioritization.
• Integrate insights from deliveries into roadmap adjustments and improvements in team processes.
• Over 5 years of product management experience, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to go-to-market tools and platform products within an enterprise context.
• Proven experience operating within the SAFe or agile framework, including PI Planning and coordination across teams.
• Strong product intuition with experience in balancing user needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present effectively to both senior leaders and technical teams.
• Proficient in writing detailed epics and features, lean business cases, and user stories with robust assumptions and acceptance criteria.
• Comfortable working with data, including querying, interpreting metrics, and constructing business cases.
• Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification is required.
• Experience supporting sales operations, revenue operations, or marketing operations functions is essential.
• Familiar with CPQ, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud implementations.
• Practical experience with AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) applied to project management workflows such as documentation, research, or analysis.
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification is preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis.
