Senior Product Manager – Esims

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Establish and lead the product strategy and roadmap for the eSims product domain, directly linked to company OKRs and revenue objectives.

• Collaborate daily with a team of mathematicians to convert intricate model enhancements into prioritized, scoped product initiatives with defined success metrics.

• Identify model performance challenges (such as margin variance, player-pair discrepancies, and market correlation gaps) and frame them as product issues with quantifiable outcomes.

• Make critical prioritization choices — balancing enhancements to model quality, expansion into new titles, operator demands, and team capabilities.

• Navigate the tension between deepening existing titles versus expanding into new ones, aligning commercial, trading, and math team stakeholders around these decisions.

• Mentor junior PMs and uplift the overall standards of the product team — providing guidance on prioritization, stakeholder engagement, and quantitative reasoning.

• Proactively utilize AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Codex) in strategic planning, discovery, and collaboration with the math team — we are an AI-first organization and anticipate a senior-level perspective on the utility and limitations of AI.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in product management, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead PM position.

• A credible mathematical or quantitative background — whether academic, professional, or both; capable of reasoning about probability, correlation, margin variance, and model trade-offs without hesitation.

• Strong mathematical reasoning skills — approaching problems with quantitative rigor, able to challenge model assumptions, set measurable acceptance criteria for model enhancements, and translate statistical concepts into product decisions.

• A proven history of collaborating with highly technical or quantitative experts (such as data scientists, mathematicians, and quants).

• A robust strategic mindset: connecting business goals to product initiatives and articulating a compelling vision for the product area under your responsibility.

• Extensive experience in B2B product management — understanding that your customer is an operator and carefully considering the relationship between operator requirements and end-bettor experience.

• An advanced user of AI: employing AI not just for productivity enhancements but integrated into strategy, discovery, and technical collaboration — with a clear understanding of where AI still has limitations.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills: comfortable presenting to C-level executives and aligning mathematicians and commercial teams.

• Nice to Have

• Familiarity with the esports ecosystem, competitive gaming, and/or the online betting industry.

• Experience with real-time data products, odds feeds, pricing models, or risk management platforms.

• Background in platform or B2B product management where the product is largely invisible to the end user.

• Experience scaling products in a hyper-growth startup environment.

• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or BI tools for hands-on data exploration.

• Experience in building or mentoring product teams from the ground up.
