Senior Product Manager – Equity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the daily operations of the Equity product, collaborating on both equity data and equity services.

• Lead the execution of a roadmap that emphasizes AI, automation, scalability, and global compliance.

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams located across EMEA and APAC to swiftly deliver high-impact features.

• Work across different functions with compliance, payroll, and compensation product teams to ensure smooth integration.

• Specify how Deel ingests and structures equity data from external systems (such as stock administration platforms like Carta, Shareworks, Fidelity, and others).

• Develop and enhance workflows related to significant equity events (including vesting, reporting, and compliance management).

• Identify and prioritize opportunities to minimize manual processes and operational overhead.

• Assist in the expansion of the equity product into new regions and for various worker types.

• Help integrate equity within Deel’s broader ecosystem (such as total compensation and rewards).

• Clearly communicate progress, priorities, and trade-offs to stakeholders across product and business teams.

• Function effectively in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment where speed and execution are essential.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Product Management (flexible based on the level).

• Strong execution abilities with a track record of delivering quickly in a dynamic environment.

• Experience in fintech, payroll, compliance, or other complex regulated industries (highly preferred).

• A solid grasp of financial concepts or the capability to quickly learn about equity and compensation structures.

• Proven experience working cross-functionally with engineering and non-technical stakeholders.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and owning a product area from start to finish.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify intricate topics.

• Experience collaborating within distributed, global teams.
