This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and clearly define the multi-year vision and strategy for primary Delinea PAM solutions.
• Convert the strategy into a prioritized roadmap and backlog.
• Make informed trade-off decisions with agile development teams to provide iterative and measurable value.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, analysts, and internal stakeholders to validate and enhance product direction.
• Work alongside Engineering, QA, and Support teams to guarantee high-quality releases and prompt feature delivery.
• Develop the go-to-market strategy with Product Marketing, covering positioning, messaging, packaging, and pricing.
• Equip internal technical teams with the necessary context and training for successful product launches and customer success.
• Balance the needs of current customers with opportunities in new market segments and use cases.
• Construct business cases for product investments.
• Help steer Delinea’s SaaS-first identity security portfolio, focusing primarily on endpoint privilege management products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 6 years of product management experience within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Experience in end-to-end ownership of an enterprise product line.
• More than 5 years of experience in software, SaaS, or cloud security.
• Direct experience with endpoint security, privilege management, or endpoint agent technologies.
• Extensive knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, including Active Directory, Entra ID, and endpoint management tools.
• Proven track record of taking enterprise products from concept to general availability and driving them toward significant revenue.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into attractive offerings and user experiences.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Experience presenting to executive leadership, analysts, and enterprise customers.
• Proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• A Master’s degree or MBA is strongly preferred.
• Certifications in Pragmatic Marketing or Scrum Product Owner are advantageous.
