This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Establish and advance the enterprise product vision, strategy, and roadmap β harmonizing the requirements of large, sophisticated clients with Spellbook's overarching mission and business objectives.
β’ Collaborate with engineering and design teams to create and enhance features specifically tailored for enterprise settings, including administrative controls, permissions, workflows, data residency, and integrations.
β’ Cultivate a thorough understanding of enterprise buyer and user personas β encompassing IT, procurement, managing partners, and in-house legal leads β and convert their needs into product decisions.
β’ Work closely with enterprise sales, forward deployed engineering, and customer success teams to facilitate complex deal cycles, onboarding processes, and long-term account growth.
β’ Oversee and prioritize Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) engagements, balancing the necessity to expedite critical custom deals with the goal of capturing and driving value back into the core product roadmap.
β’ Define and take ownership of enterprise-specific success metrics, including adoption rates, retention, expansion revenue, and time-to-value, utilizing data to continuously enhance the roadmap.
β’ Manage feedback loops from enterprise customers, such as executive business reviews, design partnerships, and beta programs with key accounts.
β’ Other duties as assigned.
β’ 5+ years of product management experience, with a minimum of 2 years dedicated to enterprise or B2B SaaS products.
β’ Demonstrated success in developing enterprise-grade product functionalities and compliance β including SSO/SAML, data residency, role-based access controls, audit logging, or enterprise API integrations.
β’ Experience in navigating lengthy enterprise sales cycles and collaborating with sales and solutions teams to influence deals through product strategy.
β’ Profound understanding of enterprise procurement, security, and compliance requirements, and their impact on product development.
β’ Exceptional communication skills with the capability to engage effectively with C-suite stakeholders, enterprise buyers, and technical teams.
β’ Proficient in utilizing data and customer insights to prioritize in an environment where enterprise demands can be vocal and diverse.
β’ Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead in a dynamic, agile environment.
