Senior Product Manager, Enterprise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product vision and roadmap for a cross-functional team within our product suite.

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and refine product initiatives to enhance these metrics.

• Perform research and analyze data to generate insights and pinpoint product opportunities.

• Collaborate with the data team to assess and size potential investments while utilizing data to measure the impact of product initiatives.

• Craft clear and effective product specifications.

• Work alongside design teams to create user-friendly designs.

• Partner with engineering to plan, deliver, and test software that aligns with specifications.

• Communicate and promote the advantages of new features to cross-functional stakeholders.

• Serve as a liaison and collaborate with Billing, Finance, Operations, Growth, Clinicians, and HR.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in Product Management specifically with B2B SaaS products.

• Detail-oriented with the capability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders from our Billing team to drive our roadmap and features, including utilizing data and feedback from subject matter experts to enhance our financial performance.

• Ability to alternate between defining product strategy and diving into the details for effective execution.

• Must possess clear communication skills and be a thoughtful, empathetic collaborator.

• Capacity to write effective and concise product specifications.

• Experience working closely with designers and engineers to deliver outstanding results.

• Data-driven, while also knowing when to trust your instincts.

• Ability to excel in a flexible startup environment with a significant degree of autonomy.
