Senior Product Manager, Enterprise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Transform the vision into a practical roadmap, take ownership of the product narrative, and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

• Collaborate with engineering teams in technical discussions, comprehend the implications of technical choices, and ensure alignment of Engineering tasks with product objectives.

• Lead project implementation by anticipating and addressing obstacles, coordinating team efforts, and clearly articulating goals and status within the organization.

• Spot product opportunities and convert them into distinct milestones and artifacts that align with Business Objectives.

• Foster Continuous Discovery practices, participate in market and customer research, stay informed about regulatory/market developments, and identify trends.

• Conduct customer discovery workshops, document insights, translate findings into signals, and pinpoint gaps in the product roadmap.

• Define product requirements, produce product documentation, and manage the workstream while collaborating with Engineering, Design, Business, and Marketing teams.

• Collect qualitative and quantitative data to support or challenge product assumptions and feature requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience as a Product Manager in a regulated setting, with a demonstrated history of delivering impactful results.

• Familiarity with blockchain-based technologies, best practices for crypto custody, and the tokenization lifecycle.

• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively.

• Ability to thrive in the fast-paced, resourceful, and dynamic environment of a growing startup.

• Previous experience working on Bitcoin-related products.

• Experience with other enterprise-focused crypto products and their implementation/adoption in businesses within the TradFi sector.

• Profound understanding of traditional financial systems, services, and products.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the major interoperable cash-generating units within global money center banks: Commercial banking, investment banking, prime brokerage, and asset management.

• Prior knowledge of Liquid and its significance in the Bitcoin ecosystem.

• Proficiency in Russian and Ukrainian is considered a plus.
