This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.
• Oversee the complete product lifecycle (end-to-end) for the global Fiat On Ramp and Marketplace Solution, including e-Commerce.
• Formulate product strategies that ensure coherence with global business objectives.
• Foster data-driven decision-making by converting insights into actionable product initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, compliance, risk, BD, and marketing) to deliver impactful global features and maintain operational excellence.
• Assist in market research and competitor analysis across various regions to pinpoint emerging trends, regulatory variations, and local product opportunities.
• Collaborate with business operations to devise solutions that improve product conversion and engagement.
• Utilize AI and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency and the quality of product experience.
• Operate independently as an individual contributor (IC), showcasing strategic ownership, execution discipline, and proactive leadership in a dynamic environment.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, preferably with a background in payments, trading, or Web3 ecosystems.
• A demonstrated history of managing complex, global product launches that yield measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical capabilities—experienced in using data and experimentation (A/B tests, funnels, cohorts) to inform strategy.
• A solid technical foundation; comfortable collaborating with backend, API, and app engineers.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across different regions and time zones.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects with minimal oversight.
• Additional qualifications that are advantageous:
• Experience with eCommerce platforms for product listing, trading, and dispute resolution, along with familiarity in Web 3 and AI.
• Knowledge of Web3 and DeFi ecosystems, protocols, and compliance frameworks (AML/risk).
• Practical experience with AI-driven product growth or data analytics tools.
