
Senior Product Manager, Donor Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• You are responsible for developing the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes, collaborating closely with the General Manager who handles the commercial aspect.
• You serve as the sole product owner for both products.
• You engage directly with customers on a regular basis, conducting interviews, participating in ride-alongs, and observing user interactions.
• Your role focuses on identifying what needs to be created, rather than solely fixing existing issues.
• You collaborate daily with your team, favoring lightweight specifications and working prototypes over lengthy documentation, utilizing feature flags and progressive rollouts.
• You are responsible for ensuring the value of what is delivered.
• You represent dependencies during planning sessions and proactively address any delays.
• You ensure that the products you release are effective for both internal teams and customers.
• You partner with Product Marketing Management (PMM) to develop a comprehensive market narrative and enablement strategies.
• Key metrics include adoption rates, user engagement, customer retention, revenue impact, and overall customer outcomes.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management within B2B SaaS, demonstrating genuine ownership of a product surface and its business results.
• Experience with AI or machine learning products is essential. While you don’t need to train models, you should understand the possibilities and shape the product accordingly.
• Proficiency in AI tools as part of your workflow, including hands-on prototyping experience.
• Strong instincts in product marketing; you consider positioning and enablement even during the development phase.
• Proven track record in customer-centered practices, including conducting discovery interviews, jobs-to-be-done methodologies, opportunity mapping, or equivalent approaches.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with engineers, executives, and customers without misrepresenting facts.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity with the resourcefulness to create structure where it is lacking.
