Senior Product Manager, Donor Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• You are responsible for developing the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes, collaborating closely with the General Manager who handles the commercial aspect.

• You serve as the sole product owner for both products.

• You engage directly with customers on a regular basis, conducting interviews, participating in ride-alongs, and observing user interactions.

• Your role focuses on identifying what needs to be created, rather than solely fixing existing issues.

• You collaborate daily with your team, favoring lightweight specifications and working prototypes over lengthy documentation, utilizing feature flags and progressive rollouts.

• You are responsible for ensuring the value of what is delivered.

• You represent dependencies during planning sessions and proactively address any delays.

• You ensure that the products you release are effective for both internal teams and customers.

• You partner with Product Marketing Management (PMM) to develop a comprehensive market narrative and enablement strategies.

• Key metrics include adoption rates, user engagement, customer retention, revenue impact, and overall customer outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management within B2B SaaS, demonstrating genuine ownership of a product surface and its business results.

• Experience with AI or machine learning products is essential. While you don’t need to train models, you should understand the possibilities and shape the product accordingly.

• Proficiency in AI tools as part of your workflow, including hands-on prototyping experience.

• Strong instincts in product marketing; you consider positioning and enablement even during the development phase.

• Proven track record in customer-centered practices, including conducting discovery interviews, jobs-to-be-done methodologies, opportunity mapping, or equivalent approaches.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with engineers, executives, and customers without misrepresenting facts.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity with the resourcefulness to create structure where it is lacking.

🏝️ Benefits

• Competitive salary based on Carta data.

• Employee recognition program through Bonusly (for birthdays, anniversaries, achievements, etc.).

• 401(k) retirement plan with company matching—50% match up to 6% of compensation after 90 days.

• We prioritize our employees' work-life balance and encourage the use of Unlimited PTO.

• Supportive time-off policies including paid volunteer days and company holidays.

• Comprehensive employer-contributed healthcare benefits, covering medical, dental, and vision, with options for dependents and choices for Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).

• 12 weeks of full pay for primary parent leave and 4 weeks for secondary parent leave, including adoption.

• We take pride in our community and organize engaging company outings and events.
