This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the product strategy and roadmap for essential maintenance workflows, tools, and automations, covering aspects such as work orders, inspections, issues, service entries, preventive maintenance schedules, and inventory management.
• Propel Fleetio's vision of managing maintenance within a unified system, involving both in-house teams and external vendors.
• Collaborate across various functions, including research, design, engineering, data science, marketing, and customer service teams, to create effective strategies and make well-informed choices.
• Ensure that the evolution of Fleetio's maintenance experience is driven by customer needs, informed by data, and designed to facilitate fleet automation, cost control, and vehicle availability.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of the operational dynamics of both in-house maintenance shops and outsourced services, and how these elements interconnect.
• Maintain a balance between depth and reliability in high-usage, mission-critical workflows while efficiently delivering new value.
• Consistently generate and test hypotheses to iterate on and enhance the product experience.
• Communicate the product vision, value proposition, trade-offs, risks, opportunities, insights, and roadmap updates effectively to stakeholders, executives, and customers.
• Collaborate closely with your team to enhance our development process, ensuring the swift delivery of high-quality features to customers.
• Guide features through their complete creative cycle: discovery, ideation, specification, testing, delivery, launch/GTM, analysis, and optimization.
• Exhibit initiative and the ability to translate business priorities, key themes, and significant ideas into a coherent roadmap with minimal supervision.
• Identify opportunities for differentiation, innovative zero-to-one solutions, and revenue growth.
• Elevate product quality based on solid evidence.
• Over 5 years of experience in product management within modern B2B technology-driven SaaS environments, demonstrating a strong track record of managing core product areas from inception to completion.
• BA/BS/MS in Computer Science, Business, Design, or a related field/experience.
• Proven experience in managing complex, workflow-intensive products where reliability and operational depth are essential.
• Comprehensive knowledge of product management best practices and proficiency in data analysis.
• A strong passion for customer and business success, expediting time to value, and the art of product management.
• A dedicated commitment to understanding users and focusing on the challenges we aim to solve.
• Skilled at incorporating feedback, facts, and requirements into product recommendations, strategies, and execution throughout the product lifecycle.
• Possess natural leadership qualities, with the ability to influence and inspire others who enjoy collaborating with you.
