Senior Product Manager, Customer Insights

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product strategy, roadmap, and implementation for Customer Insights, from data modeling to customer-facing experiences.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to define the usage data layer, including the key metrics that support renewal and expansion narratives.

• Advance customer-accessible audit logs to meet enterprise standards.

• Establish Mural's perspective on AI-native insights and launch the initial set of AI-driven functionalities on this platform.

• Work together with Sales and Customer Success teams to convert insights into compelling narratives that drive renewals and facilitate expansion.

• Directly engage with enterprise Administrators, IT, and Security stakeholders to affirm priorities and rigorously test the roadmap.

• Co-manage collaboration with Admin & IAM and Enterprise Security Product Managers to ensure that the insights platform aligns effectively with permissions, access controls, and compliance standards.

• Clarify ambiguous business inquiries into well-defined product surfaces.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of product management experience, with a minimum of 2 years focused on developing analytics, reporting, or data products for a business or administrative audience.

• Strong proficiency in data, including experience in shaping data models, establishing instrumentation strategies, and effectively collaborating with engineers regarding data freshness, granularity, aggregation, and pipeline trade-offs.

• Familiarity with AI products gained through regular use of AI tools, coupled with a well-defined perspective on what AI-native data products should entail.

• Proven success in transforming ambiguous business questions into clearly defined product surfaces.

• Experience collaborating with Sales and Customer Success teams on narratives that drive renewals and expansion.

• Exceptional communication skills across data, design, engineering, and revenue-oriented stakeholders.
