This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the product roadmap by engaging directly with the product – our PM team is hands-on.
• Collaborate across the Product team to reach consensus on experiences and services that will be utilized throughout our entire product portfolio – PM is a team effort at Cribl!
• Leverage data to perform market research, evaluate competition, and generate product insights that guide decision-making essential for developing AI-native products.
• Collaborate with other product and engineering teams to maintain a focus on creating high-value AI products and experiences that align with Cribl’s mission to deliver transformative user experiences for IT and Security practitioners.
• Utilize the extensive data we have regarding our products and users to formulate plans grounded in solid data, with an emphasis on continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with field teams and customers on critical services and experiences to enhance the value of our products.
• Continuously engage with customers, as they are integral to our success.
• Assist in guiding and learning from our team of engineering experts and our sales teams. We boast one of the finest field teams in the industry!
• We operate as a remote-first company, working across various time zones – you may occasionally need to fulfill responsibilities outside of your regular working hours.
• Proven experience in bringing AI-backed or AI-native products to market.
• Proficiency in using data tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Redshift to transform analytics and telemetry data into actionable insights.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Technical Product Manager role or a similar capacity.
• Extensive experience in building and launching products with major cloud providers.
• Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal. As a remote-first organization, this is our primary mode of collaboration.
• A passion for being a technical Product Manager – you enjoy building labs, exploring new technologies, and are always eager to expand your knowledge.
• Experience working in remote-first companies and the ability to navigate a large distributed team.
• Background in working with Enterprise data products.
• Familiarity with a wide range of IT and Security tools and technologies, as well as best practices for data integration and onboarding.
• Experience with products deployed across various environments and infrastructures (Cloud, on-premises, hybrid).
• Fearlessness in expressing your opinions.
• A knack for good jokes, or perhaps better yet, bad jokes.
• Ability to demonstrate products at both a high level and in detail – not just the why, but also the how.
