Senior Product Manager – Core Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and drive essential product metrics such as activation, retention, and monetization.

• Recognize bottlenecks within the product experience and transform them into identifiable growth opportunities.

• Define, prioritize, and implement product features and enhancements.

• Collaborate closely with design teams to create intuitive, high-converting user experiences.

• Personally lead initiatives from insights to hypotheses to delivered solutions and measurable outcomes.

• Continuously generate and test product hypotheses.

• Design and conduct experiments across critical product flows (onboarding, core loops, engagement, paywalls).

• Leverage data and behavioral insights for rapid and effective iterations.

• Coordinate and align multiple product components (UX and interface, content, data, coaching/chat systems).

• Ensure seamless integration of all elements to maximize user value and business impact.

• Identify friction points and redesign essential flows.

• Enhance clarity, engagement, and perceived value throughout the product journey.

• Analyze product data to discover growth opportunities.

• Develop a strong intuition for user behavior and product performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in Product Management, preferably in consumer or subscription-based products.

• Proven history of delivering product enhancements that positively influenced core metrics.

• Strong ownership mentality with the capability to drive initiatives from identification of problems to successful delivery.

• Experience in close collaboration with design teams and developing UX-focused products.

• In-depth knowledge of experimentation and hypothesis-driven development (A/B testing, etc.).

• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in working with product data.

• Experience in orchestrating cross-functional teams (product, design, content, data).
