Senior Product Manager – Commercial Deposits

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Oversee the integration initiatives for Commercial Deposits.

• Lead the daily implementation of CSI's strategy for integrating Commercial Deposits.

• Coordinate efforts across Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, and other key stakeholders.

• Identify essential workstreams, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to guarantee successful project execution.

• Act as the main point of contact between teams involved in the integration of commercial deposit functionalities throughout the CSI platform.

• Manage the delivery and execution of product initiatives.

• Collaborate with product leaders to ensure integration priorities align with broader business goals.

• Track project advancement, eliminate obstacles, and ensure important milestones are met.

• Facilitate effective communication and decision-making across various functional teams.

• Assist in executing the roadmap and managing product lifecycle activities associated with Commercial Deposits.

• Utilize expertise in Commercial Banking.

• Use knowledge of commercial banking and deposit products to influence product decisions and integration priorities.

• Assess customer and market demands to inform future enhancements and product strategies.

• Help articulate business requirements and use cases that enhance customer value.

• Collaborate on future functionalities, including real-time account visibility and cash management solutions.

• Support strategic growth initiatives.

• Contribute to long-term product planning and identify market opportunities.

• Engage in customer discussions, demonstrations, and strategic dialogues.

• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales teams to convey product value and capabilities.

• Provide insights into industry trends in commercial banking and customer requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Product Management, Product Leadership, Program Management, or a related field.

• Extensive experience in Commercial Banking, Commercial Deposits, Treasury Management, Cash Management, or Core Banking solutions.

• Demonstrated success in leading complex cross-functional projects.

• Experience collaborating closely with technical and business teams to deliver products and integrations.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
