Senior Product Manager – CISO Advantage

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Act as a structured and consistent feedback conduit between the field and the Sophos Product team, which is a fundamental responsibility of this role, not a secondary task.

• Collect feedback from partners and customers regarding product usability, feature gaps, pricing, and competitive alternatives using established formats and rhythms set by Product leadership.

• Provide regular regional feedback reports that address adoption barriers, frequently requested features, competitive insights, and MSP delivery obstacles.

• Function as the main field resource for CISO Advantage MSP partners within your territory, serving as the point of contact for partners seeking product knowledge, positioning assistance, or support with customer issues.

• Monitor partner enablement progress and readiness throughout your regional MSP portfolio, identifying partners requiring additional assistance and those prepared to expand.

• Assist partners in creating structured onboarding and delivery playbooks to ensure consistent deployment of CISO Advantage across their customer networks.

• Aid MSP partners in providing effective training and onboarding experiences for the end-user organizations they support, ensuring customers can confidently navigate and utilize the platform from day one.

• Collaborate with channel partners and their customers to define success metrics with CISO Advantage, establishing clear use cases, adoption milestones, and outcome metrics from the beginning.

• Supply partners with end-user-facing guidance materials, FAQs, and best-practice documentation that they can customize for their customers.

• Serve as an escalation resource for partners facing complex end-user adoption challenges, working together to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.

• Collect and document customer adoption stories, use cases, and outcomes for MSP enablement, product marketing, and internal reporting purposes.

• Collaborate closely with regional Sales and Channel teams to align enablement efforts with commercial objectives and partner tiers.

• Work alongside Product Marketing to validate regional messaging and identify localization requirements, language needs, regulatory contexts, or market-specific positioning necessities.

• Team up with the Product and Customer Success teams to ensure that end-user training content remains updated and aligned with platform enhancements and new feature releases.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in a cybersecurity-related position, which may include technical pre-sales, partner success, channel enablement, security consulting, or a vendor-side field role.

• Experience in an MSP, channel partner, or VAR setting, with an understanding of how managed service businesses function and how they engage with their customers.

• Familiarity with security program management, GRC, or vCISO service delivery, whether from the customer, MSP, or vendor perspective.

• Background in product feedback, customer success, or voice-of-customer roles within a B2B SaaS or security vendor environment.

• Proven experience in supporting end-user training, onboarding, or adoption programs, either directly or through channel partners.
