Senior Product Manager, Checkout – Post-Booking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete testing cycle for the Checkout Pod.

• Develop and present a thorough product roadmap for checkout and post-booking experiences.

• Guide the checkout and confirmation processes across web and mobile applications (iOS/Android).

• Navigate effectively in environments where technical, regulatory, or business constraints are subject to change.

• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within Payments, Fraud, Loyalty, App, and Brand teams.

• Serve as the product lead for a cross-functional team that includes engineers, designers, researchers, and data scientists.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management, ideally within online marketplaces.

• Demonstrated experience launching features in transactional or checkout processes across various platforms, including native apps and web.

• A proven history of executing A/B tests that significantly impacted conversion rates or revenue.

• Experience working within a "Pod" or cross-functional team environment.

• Familiarity with machine learning-driven features such as recommendations or personalization in checkout or post-booking scenarios is a plus.
