This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of significant aspects of the Chamber’s patient and care team experience roadmap, from initial discovery to rollout and ongoing iteration.
• Collaborate with clinicians, care coordinators, and operations leaders to closely understand workflow challenges and limitations.
• Design and enhance experiences related to onboarding, enrollment, outreach, care planning, and long-term engagement for cardiovascular patients.
• Develop tools that assist care teams in prioritizing tasks, minimizing administrative burdens, and intervening earlier for high-risk patients.
• Convert clinical and operational complexities into clear requirements and practical user experiences.
• Work in conjunction with engineering and data teams to implement clinical signals, tasking logic, automation, and AI-driven workflows.
• Balance immediate delivery with strategic platform thinking, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Over 5 years of product management experience in healthcare technology, care delivery, or value-based care.
• Proven experience in creating workflow-intensive products utilized by operational or clinical teams.
• Strong systems thinking capability — able to map complex, multi-stakeholder processes and identify effective leverage points.
• Comfort in leading cross-functional initiatives within ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Confidence in collaborating with engineers and data teams on technically intricate products.
• Sharp product instincts coupled with a pragmatic, execution-oriented mindset.
• A focus on real-world usability — understanding that minor workflow enhancements can lead to significant improvements in healthcare.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of building trust with both technical and non-technical partners.
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability, claims, or clinical data workflows.
• Experience with AI-powered workflows, automation, or operational intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with analytics, SQL, or operational metrics.
• Experience in early-stage or high-growth startup environments.
