📋 Description

• Oversee the complete development process for our AI platform and customer interactions, from the initial planning phase to deployment.

• Collaborate with engineers to create prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guidelines—ensuring an effective balance of latency, cost, and accuracy.

• Act as the technical liaison between the engineering team and the wider organization, promoting AI best practices and platform standards.

• Lead efforts to enhance answer quality, boost customer satisfaction, and increase automation rates through comprehensive experimentation.

• Collaborate with partners at OpenAI to assess and implement the next generation of voice models and workflow automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical position such as forward-deployed engineering, technical product management, or a similar role within a dynamic startup environment.

• A strong passion and curiosity for AI systems, particularly modern LLMs.

• A proven history of transforming complex, strategic concepts into scalable, production-ready products.
