This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Take ownership of the strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes within the product domain.
• Balance immediate delivery needs with the long-term vision of the product.
• Engage daily with gym owners, studio operators, and front-desk personnel to identify challenges and convert them into prioritized product initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and QA teams to deliver high-quality, well-measured product experiences in short iterative cycles.
• Establish success metrics, assess delivered work, and enhance the product area through quantitative and qualitative data.
• Develop business cases for new features, considering pricing, market fit, and commercial implications, in conjunction with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Evaluate the competitive landscape and changing market demands to pinpoint opportunities for product leadership, following, or differentiation.
• Define the scope, launch, collect feedback, and iterate on solutions with a sense of urgency.
• Align stakeholders on roadmap priorities, delivery milestones, and product decisions through clear, data-driven communication.
• Assist product marketing with positioning and messaging tailored for gym operators.
• Maintain a well-organized backlog and manage trade-offs related to velocity, quality, and scope in collaboration with engineering leads.
• Over 5 years of experience in product management.
• Preferably experience in B2B SaaS with a proven record of owning and delivering complex product areas from start to finish.
• Demonstrated passion for customer needs and experience in user research.
• Strong analytical skills; capable of defining metrics, querying data, and prioritizing in uncertain situations.
• Experience in translating high-level visions into a structured, sequenced roadmap with clear success metrics.
• Ability to navigate both product discovery and delivery, including effective backlog management.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills; capable of writing product briefs, conducting reviews, and influencing others without formal authority.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative settings with cross-functional teams across different time zones.
• A degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Familiarity with the fitness, wellness, or hospitality sectors is a plus.
• Experience with platform or multi-tenant SaaS products, including configuration, access control, and white-labeling, is desirable.
• Knowledge of tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Pendo is advantageous.
• Familiarity with agile ceremonies is beneficial.
• A strong leadership presence is a plus.
