Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Establish a comprehensive product strategy for your team and convert company goals into quantifiable results.

• Take ownership of your team's roadmap and consistently prioritize the most impactful opportunities for users and the organization.

• Lead Discovery & Experimentation: Leverage user insights, data, and market indicators to uncover opportunities, conduct experiments, assess impact, and guide product choices.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Machine Learning, Marketing, Operations, and Trust & Safety teams.

• Manage product initiatives from inception to completion, including problem identification, exploration, launch, and post-launch evaluation.

• Balance user experience, business goals, technical limitations, and the long-term sustainability of the platform.

• Foster alignment among stakeholders and lead without direct authority through effective communication and well-structured decision-making.

• Continuously enhance your team's operations, learning, and value delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a startup or scale-up setting.

• Experience with consumer, social, mobile, gaming, marketplace, or subscription-based products.

• Strong background in product strategy and roadmap management.

• Confidence in advocating for a robust product perspective and making decisive calls.

• Comfort in navigating between discovery, execution, analytics, and stakeholder engagement.

• Ability to define relevant success metrics and assess product performance through data analysis.

• Experience working closely with Data, Machine Learning, and Engineering teams.

• Strong product intuition complemented by analytical rigor.

• Ability to make informed decisions even with incomplete information.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to align stakeholders on challenging trade-offs.

• Skill in balancing user value with business results.

• Enthusiasm for dynamic environments where priorities shift and new opportunities arise rapidly.
