Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the roadmap for your product area. Establish the vision, prioritize tasks, and deliver measurable outcomes.

• Conduct discovery sessions directly with customers and internal teams to confirm genuine pain points before allocating engineering resources.

• Utilize data to define problems, assess opportunities, and evaluate the effectiveness of what you have delivered.

• Collaborate with engineering and design throughout the entire process, from problem definition to launch and iteration.

• Convert strategy into a clear and sequenced delivery plan, ensuring stakeholders are informed about upcoming developments and their significance.

• Maintain a balance between speed and trust. Deliver quickly where possible, but uphold standards for quality, privacy, and compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven record of launching products that positively impacted key business metrics.

• Proficient in data analysis: establishing metrics, engaging with data, and evaluating data quality to inform decision-making.

• Familiarity with AI and ML: understanding their capabilities, limitations, and how to realistically incorporate them into products.

• Strong product management skills: conducting discovery, prioritizing effectively, drafting clear specifications, and executing efficient delivery processes.

• Adaptable in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. You effectively navigate interpersonal relationships and situations, aligning engineering, design, and commercial teams without formal authority.

• Proficient in professional English, both written and spoken.
