This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Lead the product strategy for the Virtuozzo product suite, which encompasses virtualization, cloud management platforms, and infrastructure solutions tailored for CSP, MSP, and SME markets.
• Create a detailed product roadmap that aligns with the company's business goals, customer requirements, market opportunities, and Virtuozzo’s overall platform direction.
• Interact with key customers and stakeholders to collect insights, validate product assumptions, and refine strategies to meet market demands.
• Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure the successful implementation of product launches, feature enhancements, and market positioning.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive challenges, positioning Virtuozzo to leverage new technologies and shifts in the marketplace.
• Establish and implement pricing models and value propositions that foster customer adoption and revenue growth while ensuring a competitive market stance.
• Participate in cross-product initiatives to deliver a cohesive experience across the Virtuozzo ecosystem, including integrations with third-party tools and emerging technologies.
• Assist in linking product strategy to tangible customer outcomes: expedited cloud service launches, reduced infrastructure costs, enhanced operational efficiency, improved monetization for service providers, and a streamlined experience across the Virtuozzo platform.
• A minimum of 5 years of product management experience in cloud infrastructure, virtualization, cloud management platforms, infrastructure software, hosting, telco cloud, MSP/CSP platforms, or related technical fields.
• Robust understanding of cloud infrastructure technologies, including virtualization, KVM, OpenStack, Kubernetes, software-defined storage, networking, orchestration, automation, or cloud management platforms.
• Proven experience in developing product strategies and roadmaps for technical B2B products utilized by infrastructure teams, service providers, managed service providers, enterprises, or SaaS companies.
• Capability to collaborate closely with engineering teams and engage in technical discussions with architects, developers, solution architects, support engineers, and customer operations teams.
• Strong skills in customer discovery, with the ability to convert technical and commercial challenges into clear product priorities.
• Familiarity with market analysis, competitor research, pricing, packaging, value propositions, and product positioning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft clear product narratives, roadmap updates, business cases, and launch materials.
• A systematic, analytical approach to prioritization, comfortable using customer feedback, market data, usage data, commercial impact, and technical feasibility to inform product decisions.
• Confidence in working across distributed, international teams.
