Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Manages the daily product operations for a designated portfolio.

• Collaborates with the Product Director, Product Owner, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution between strategic roadmap initiatives and sprint-level deliveries.

• Acts as the primary execution lead on assigned product projects, coordinating efforts with engineering, operations, data, and vendor partners.

• Facilitates regular backlog refinement sessions with the Product Owner.

• Assists in financial analysis and provides input for pricing models related to the assigned products.

• Tracks and reports on product-specific revenue, margin, and pipeline performance metrics.

• Works in partnership with the Product Director to convert portfolio strategy into actionable plans.

• Aids in the go-to-market strategy, including the creation of operational documentation, sales enablement resources, and positioning input.

• Assesses incoming product ideas and requests based on established criteria.

• Contributes to quarterly roadmap planning by documenting suggested features and projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Required).

• Master's Degree (Preferred).

• Over 5 years of experience in product management or a related field.

• Familiarity with workflow and business relationships across various functional areas.

• Understanding of emerging technologies, including AI tools and Microsoft Office applications.

• Proven hands-on experience using AI tools in daily product-related tasks is required.

• Strong analytical skills: Capable of reading, analyzing, and interpreting standard business and marketing data, financial reports, and performance metrics.

• Financial acumen: Competent in working with financial and profitability concepts and contributing to practical analyses, without having independent P&L responsibility.

• Innovative mindset: Ability to adapt products in response to business and market changes, and to evaluate and implement ideas from others.

• Proficiency in AI tools: Regularly utilizes AI technologies to enhance product work.
