Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and lead all facets of an established agile team, including backlog management, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on AI-driven product capabilities.

• Convert AI platform functionalities into customer-facing, talent-facing, and internal product experiences that deliver measurable business value.

• Outline the scope for new product features and continuous enhancements.

• Create and prioritize user stories while establishing acceptance criteria.

• Establish credibility with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Leverage data, analytics, and user research to guide product strategy and validate AI-driven solutions.

• Monitor progress, evaluate risks, coordinate delivery, and communicate contingency and mitigation strategies.

• Perform ad-hoc research and business analysis to identify opportunities and assess risks.

• Address and resolve complex product challenges that align with both short- and long-term strategic goals.

• Utilize system-analyst techniques, consulting with users to determine hardware, software, and system specifications.

• Integrate into Toptal and familiarize yourself with the product suite and area.

• Organize and prioritize the roadmap and backlog in collaboration with Product Managers.

• Work closely with the development team and manage both ongoing and future initiatives.

• Support a product category, complete quarterly planning, and establish OKRs.

• Launch impactful features and assess success against company objectives.

• Enhance team processes and develop a replicable roadmap-delivery model.

• Identify product opportunities, refine the roadmap and backlog, and align plans with business strategies.

• Deliver on roadmap priorities and scale the team to fulfill business and user requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in a technical field.

• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in software product management.

• Proven capability to lead products from end-to-end, spanning discovery, zero-to-one development, launch, iteration, and scaling.

• Experience managing mobile, desktop, and web applications throughout the entire product lifecycle is advantageous.

• Familiarity with AI product development processes and best practices is essential.

• Experience in designing and launching AI-powered product features that yield measurable engagement, efficiency, and business results.

• Skilled in building and orchestrating intelligent workflows by connecting systems and automation tools.

• Experience with third-party system integrations is a plus.

• Proficient in using SQL or spreadsheets for data analysis and conducting user research both internally and externally.

• Expertise in employing data-driven tools and methodologies to gather and synthesize information.

• Ability to create wireframes and mockups.

• Maintain high quality standards for user stories, design reviews, technical approaches, and feature testing.

• Proficient in agile development methodologies and working with globally distributed teams.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization, managing diverse challenges, deadlines, and relationships.
