This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Take ownership of your Product Tribe’s strategic direction, prioritization, and results.
• Set clear objectives, translate company goals into team priorities, and pinpoint opportunities and risks.
• Prioritize and organize tasks while excluding low-impact work.
• Formulate a well-informed perspective on the product domain and clarify trade-offs.
• Gain insights into user challenges through customer interactions, support and sales feedback, user research, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to shape solutions that deliver user and business value.
• Guide designers within the Tribe through the processes of prototyping, user testing, and ensuring UX quality.
• Evaluate workflows, experiments, metrics, and delivered outputs during the execution phase.
• Quickly resolve uncertainties and assist the team in reaching conclusions more efficiently.
• Mentor the team on framing problems, enhancing decision quality, and focusing on high-impact work.
• Establish OKRs, KPIs, leading indicators, and criteria for discontinuing initiatives.
• Assess impact post-launch and determine whether to iterate, scale, or retract.
• Engage in roadmap discussions and communicate priorities, trade-offs, and risks effectively.
• Clearly articulate direction and decisions to maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Utilize AI tools extensively for research, synthesis, analysis, drafting, exploration, and prototyping.
• Assist in the development and launch of Toggl Focus, integrating time tracking, planning, capacity management, reporting, and insights.
• Demonstrated product management expertise, preferably in B2B SaaS, or experience in developing and delivering products for real users.
• Experience in overseeing product decisions from start to finish, possibly as a PM, founder, or in another product leadership role.
• A very high standard for product quality and strong skills in product development.
• Excellent product judgment with the capacity to make informed trade-offs autonomously.
• A problem-first mindset that prioritizes user needs and business outcomes.
• Capability to define and own results through KPIs, experiments, data analysis, and evidence-based decision-making.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, act swiftly, adapt to new insights, and make necessary adjustments.
• Quick learning ability in new domains.
• Strong grasp of product-led growth methodologies, balancing self-service adoption with sales-assisted strategies.
• Proficient in using AI tools for research, analysis, drafting, and prototyping; fluency in AI is essential.
• Independent working style with the willingness to seek help when required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Values transparency, accountability, and speed over perfection.
• Preferred: experience in leading designers, conducting user research, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Main working location should be between UTC-4 and UTC+4:00.
