Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and drive the roadmap for your segment of Toast Now, reimagining how restaurant managers interact with Toast via mobile.

• Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to conceptualize, prototype, launch, measure, and refine product features.

• Define and achieve outcomes in your product area—taking responsibility for success metrics and fostering product changes that result in quantifiable enhancements in customer value and product economics.

• Conduct in-depth research and engage with customers—whether through direct discussions, sales interactions, or support calls.

• Function at both strategic and executional levels, converting vision into precise product requirements and cross-functional execution strategies.

• Advocate for customer needs internally by cultivating strong relationships across teams, influencing decisions on related initiatives using data and insights.

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Product Manager, preferably with expertise in mobile products.

• Strong analytical mindset with a proven history of leveraging data to guide decisions.

• Outstanding ability to foster relationships across engineering, design, marketing, and other product teams.

• Capability to work independently, assume ownership, and sway decisions across teams engaged in related initiatives.

• Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable navigating ambiguity and adept at translating vision into execution.
